Really nice place to stop on a hot day. Really friendly and caring service. Loads of food options available and staff flexible to requests. Had an amazing looking tikki bar, but closed on my lunchtime visit. Would recommend for walkers and just about anyone else really

Beautiful venue, amazing food, lovely staff - what a gem! Was expecting to sit and wait for ages in a pub for a Sunday lunch but found this place and wow! I could write a whole separate review just about the Yorkshire Puddings!

Beautiful setting on the Canal . Lovely outside & inside seating . Music played , sun shone, and the breeze through the inside seating area was perfect . Very polite young lady gave table service . Highly recommend. Will definitely go back. Would imagine very busy at weekends. I visited Friday at 10.30am . Thank you

What can I say, we visited this cafe for the first time a couple of weeks ago as a party of 4 adults, none of us having been before and were not disappointed. The host could not have been more welcoming or attentive. The cafe was quite busy inside so we were offered to be seated in the sheltered (roof and rolled down sides) outside area and the heater was lit for us and with the sun out too we got nice and toasty! We all opted for the full English option (as you do!) with a couple of requested changes including 1 gluten free breakfast and everything was perfect. Absolutely delicious, couldn't fault it. Loved the menus and amusing names they have given to dishes! Top marks, have recommended to others already and will definitely be visiting again!

My wife and I booked The Lounge kitchen&bar to hold our Silver Wedding Anniversary celebrations. It was perfect. Emma was really helpful leading up to the event, making sure nothing was left to chance. The venue has an excellent outdoor space, bar area, large attached Marquee and a play area that the children absolutely loved. The food was brilliant tasty and well presented. All the staff were kind and helpful throughout the day. Even making sure lost property was safely kept until collected the next day.... The event exceeded all our expectations looking forward to the opportunity to throw another party there.

Just had a very tasty breakfast here whilst having working done on my boat. The young chef delivered a very tasty breakfast indeed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, tidy, and well laid out. Great outdoor seating available so you can watch the narrowboats go by. The engineer and staff from Cliffton Cruisers was excellent and very helpful. I would definitely recommend you visit for food or a drink and certainly if you need any work on your narrowboat. Thank you all.

Food is fresh, delicious and vibrant. The the staff are so friendly and its a lovely place to sit and watch the boats go by. Will definitely be back for breakfast! Be wary of the chilli sauce - it bites! Yum!
